Explanation Reflexive and Emphasizing Pronouns

These pronoun are used to stress that the action was performed without help from others.
Ø Reflexive pronouns indicate that the action is done by and to the same person (the subject and the object of the sentence is the same).
Ø Emphasizing pronoun function to emphasize the person or persons by whom the action is done.
Examples of Reflexive:
Ø Mother hurt herself with the knife.
Ø We set up ourselves the tent.
Ø You have to force yourself to finish the work.
Examples of Emphasizing:
Ø I myself did the tasks.
Ø They prepared their meals themselves.
Ø He always goes walking by himself.

Kata ganti ini digunakan untuk menekankan bahwa tindakan itudilakukan tanpa bantuan orang lain.
refleksif kata ganti menunjukkan bahwa tindakan yang dilakukanoleh dan untuk orang yang sama (subyek dan obyek dari kalimatadalah sama).
Menekankan fungsi kata ganti untuk menekankan orang atau orang oleh siapa tindakan dilakukan.
Contoh refleksif:
Ibu melukai dirinya sendiri dengan pisau.
Kami mendirikan tenda sendiri.
Anda harus memaksa diri untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan.
Contoh Menekankan:
Saya sendiri melakukan tugas.
Mereka menyiapkan makanan mereka sendiri.
Dia selalu goes berjalan sendiri.
