Berdiskusi di dalam bahasa Indonesia

Berdiskusi adalah tukar pikiran antara beberapa pihak untuk mencari kesepakatan mengenai pemecahan suatu masalah.
Pelaksanaan diskusi
A) Pemimpin diskusi (moderator), memiliki tugas-tugas:
Ø Menyampaikan tema atau topic diskusi,
Ø Mengutarakan tujuan yang akan dicapai,
Ø Mengemukakan aturan atau tatacara diskusi,
Ø Mengatur jalannya diskusi,
Ø Menjaga agar pembicara tetap pada pokok masalah,
Ø Mengakhiri diskusi dengan menyampaikan kesimpulan.
Untuk bisa menjalankan tugas seperti di atas, pemimpin diskusi hendaknya memiliki syarat sebagai berikut:
Ø Menguasai tema atau topic diskusi,
Ø Memiliki pikiran yang tajam,
Ø Dapat menghargai pendapat orang lain,
Ø Bersifat jujur dan objektif,
Ø Adil dalam memberikan kesempatan berbicara,
Ø Tidak berburuk sangka
B) Peserta diskusi, yang dimaksud dengan peserta diskusi adalah himpunan atau kelompok orang yang ikut terlibat dalam diskusi untuk memecahkan masalah. Oleh karena itu, peserta diskusi memiliki tugas sebagai berikut:
Ø Mempelajari dan memahami masalah,
Ø Memperhatikan penjelasan dengan cermat,
Ø Menanggapi permasalahan,
Ø Ikut terlibat secara aktif dalam pemecahan masalah,
Ø Menghargai pendapat orang lain,
Ø Mematuhi aturan atau tatacara diskusi,
Ø Sopan, tertib, dan sportif.
C) Penulis diskusi, memiliki tugas:
Ø Mencatat seluruh pernyataan atau pertanyaan peserta,
Ø Mencatat permasalahan yang muncul,
Ø Menuliskan kesimpulan sementara.
Cara Berpendapat. Pendapat atau komentar yang dikemukakan dalam diskusi hendaknya disampaikan dengan:
Ø Memperhatikan waktu yang disediakan,
Ø Bersikap sopan,
Ø Didasari pengetahuan mengenai masalah yang dibicarakan,
Ø Memberikan alasan atau fakta pendukung,
Ø Memberikan alasan penolakan dan sekaligus menyampaikan jalan keluar.
Contoh penolakan pendapat atau sanggahan:
Santun:
Ø Menurut saya, pengaturan jarak kelahiran jangan hanya dibebankan kepada ibu, tetapi kaum pria juga dilibatkan secara intensif lagi dan pelaksanaan Keluarga Berencana.
Ø Rasanya usul Anda dapat dipertimbangkan.
Kurang Santun:
Ø Pendapat Anda tidak masuk akal karena tidak didukung dengan fakta dan data yang benar.
Ø Menurut pendapat saya, apa yang Saudara kemukakan itu salah total.
Cara Menjawab pendapat. Pendapat bisa berupa pertanyaan, sanggahan dari peserta diskusi hendaklah dengan cara sebagai berikut:
Ø Singakt, jelas, dan tidak berbelit-belit,
Ø Objektif, dan didasarkan pada fakta yang benar.
Ø Berterus terang bila belum bisa menjawab pertanyaan,
Ø Mengikuti kebenaran sanggahan yang memang benar.

Brainstorming discussion is among several parties to seek agreement on a solution to a problem.
The implementation discussions
A) Discussion leader (moderator), have tasks:
Delivering the theme or topic of discussion,
Expresses objectives to be achieved,
To put the discussion rules or procedures,
Set the discussions,
Keeping the speaker stay on subject matter,
End the discussion by presenting the conclusions.
To be able to perform the tasks above, the discussion leader should have the following requirements:
Mastering the theme or topic of discussion,
Having a sharp mind,
Can appreciate the opinions of others,
Equity honest and objective,
Fair in giving a chance to speak,
No prejudice
B) The discussion participants, the meaning is the set of participants or groups of people involved in the discussions to solve the problem. Therefore, participants have the following duties:
Learn and understand the problem,
Noting the explanation carefully,
In response to the problem,
Participate actively involved in solving problems,
Respect other people's opinions,
Comply with rules or procedures of the discussion,
polite, orderly, and fair.
C) The author discussion, have the duty:
Take note of the entire statement or question participants,
Take note of the problems that arise,
Writing tentative conclusions.
Argues way. Opinions or comments expressed in the discussion should be submitted to:
Taking into account the time provided,
Be polite,
Based knowledge regarding the issues discussed,
Give reasons or supporting facts,
Provide reasons for refusal and simultaneously convey the way out.
Examples of denial or disclaimer opinion:
Manners:
I think the spacing should not only be borne by the mother, but men are also involved intensively again and implementation of family planning.
It can consider your proposal.
Less Courteous:
Your opinion does not make sense because it is not supported by the facts and the correct data.
In my opinion, what you point out is wrong.
How to Respond opinion. Opinions may be questions, objections from participants let the following way:
Singakt, clear and straightforward,
Objective, and is based on true facts.
frank if not able to answer the question,
Following denial of truth which is true.
