Proposal ini disusun untuk memenuhi tugas Pelajaran Muatan Lokal Reog tentang proses pembuatan eblek. Selain itu tujuan dari penyusunan proposal ini juga untuk menambah wawasan tentang kesenian REOG.

PENDAHULUAN
A. SEJARAH SINGAT REOG PONOROGO
Ada lima versi cerita popular yang berkembang di masyarakat tentang asal usul Reog dan Warok, namun salah satu cerita yang paling terkenal adalah cerita tentang pemberontakan Ki Ageng Kutu, seorang abdi kerajaan pada masa Bhre Kerthabhumi, Raja Majapahit terakhir yang berkuasa pada abad ke XV. Ki Ageng Kutu murka akan pengaruh kuat dari pihak istri raja Majapahit yang berasal dari Cina, selain itu juga murka kepada rajanya dalam pemerintahan yang korup. Ia pun melihat bahwa kekuasaan Kerajaan Majapahit akan berakhir. Lalu ia meninggalkan sang raja dan mendirikan perguruan di mana ia mengajarkan anak-anak muda seni bela diri, ilmu kekebalan diri, dan ilmu kesempurnaan dengan harapan bahwa anak-anak muda ini akan menjadi bibit dari kebangkitan kerajaan Majapahit kelak. Sadar bahwa pasukannya terlalu kecil untuk melawan pasukan kerajaan maka pesan politis Ki Ageng Kutu disampaikan melalui pertunjukan Seni Reog, yang merupakan “sindiran” kepada Raja Kertabhumi dan kerajaannya. Pagelaran Reog menjadi cara Ki Ageng Kutu membangun perlawanan masyarakat local menggunakan kepopuleran Reog.
Dalam pertunjukan Reog ditampilkan topeng berbentuk kepala singa yang dikenal sebagai “Singa Barong”, raja hutan, yang menjadi symbol untuk Kertabhumi, dan diatasnya ditancapkan bulu merak hingga menyerupai kipas raksasa yang menyimbolkan pengaruh kuat para rekan Cinanya yang mengatur dari atas segala gerak geriknya. Jatilan, diperankan oleh sekelompok penari gemblak yang menunggangi kuda menjadi symbol kekuatan pasukan Kerajaan Majapahit yang menjadi perbandingan kontras dengan kekuatan warok, yang berada di balik topeng badut merah yang menjadi symbol untuk Ki Ageng Kutu, sendirian dan menopang berat topeng singabarong yang mencapai lebih dari 50 kg hanya dengan menggunakan giginya. Kepopuleran Reog Ki Ageng Kutu akhirnya menyebabkan Bhre Kertabhumi mengambil tindakan dan menyerang perguruannya, pemberontakan oleh warok dengan cepat diatasi dan perguruan dilarang untuk melanjutkan pengajaran akan warok. Walaupun begitu, kesenian Reog sendiri masih diperbolehkan untuk dipentaskan karena sudah menjadi pertunjukan popular di antara masyarakat, namun jalan ceritanya memiliki alur baru di mana ditambahkan karakter dari cerita rakyat Ponorogo yaitu Klono Sewandono, Dewi Songgolangit, dan Sri Genthayu.
Versi resmi alur cerita Reog Ponorogo kini adalah cerita tentang Raja Ponorogo yang berniat melamar putrid Kediri, Dewi Ragil Kuning, namun di tengah perjalanan ia dicegat oleh Raja Singabarong dari Kediri. Pasukan Raja Singabarong yang terdiri dari merak dan singa sedangkan dari pihak kerajaan Ponorogo Raja Klono Sewandono dan Wakilnya Bujang Anom, dikawal oleh warok (pria berpakaian hitam-hitam), dan warok ini memiliki ilmu hitam mematikan. Seluruh tariannya merupakan tarian eprang antara Kerajaan Kediri dan Kerajaan Ponorogo an mengadukan ilmu hitam antara keduanya, para penari dalam keadaan “kerasukan” saat mementaskan tariannya.
Hingga kini masyarakat Ponorogo hanya mengikuti apa yang menjadi wariasan leluhur mereka sebagai wariasan budaya yang sangat kaya. Dalam pengalamannya Seni Reog merupakan cipta kreasi manusia yang terbentuk adanya aliran kepercayaan yang ada secara turun temurun dan terjaga. Upacaranya pun menggunakan syarat yang tidak mudah bagi orang awam untuk memenuhi tanpa adanya keturunan yang jelas, mereka menganut keturunan Parental dan hukum adat yang masih berlaku.
B) Pementasan Seni Reog Ponorogo
Reog modern biasanya dipentaskan dalam beberapa peristiwa seperti pernikahan, khitanan, dan hari besar Nasional. Seni Reog Ponorogo terdiri dari beberapa rangkaian 2 sampai 3 tarian pembukaan. Tarian pertama biasanya dibawakan oleh 6-8 pria gagah berani dengan pakaian serba hitam, dengan muka dipoles warna hitam. Para penari ini menggambarkan sosok singa yang pemberani. Berikutnya adalah tarian yang dibawakan oleh 6-8 gadis yang menaiki kuda. Pada reog tradisional, penari ini biasanya diperankan oleh penari laki-laki yang berpakaian wanita, tarian ini dinamakan tari jaran kepang atau jathilan, yang harus dibedakan dengan seni tari lain yaitu tari kuda lumping.
Tarian pembukaan lainnya jika ada biasanya berupa tarian oleh anak kecil yang membawakan adegan lucu yang disebut Bujang Ganong atau Ganongan.
Setelah tarian pembukaan selesai, baru ditampilkan adegan inti yang isinya bergantung kondisi dimana seni reog ditampilkan. Jika berhubungan dengan pernikahan maka yang ditampilkan adalah adegan percintaan. Untuk hajatan khitanan atau sunatan biasanya cerita pendekar.
Adegan dalam seni reog biasanya tidak mengikuti scenario yang tersusun rapi. Di sini selalu ada interaksi antara pemain dan dalang (biasanya pemimpin rombongan) dan kadang dengan penonton. Terkadang seorang pemain sedang pentas dapat digantikan oleh pemain lain bila pemain tersebut kelelahan. Yang lebih dipentingkan dalam pementasan reog adalah memberikan kepuasan pada penontonnya. Adegan terakhir adalah singabarong, dimana pelaku memakai topeng berbentuk kepala singa dengan mahkota terbuat dari bulu burung merak. Berat topeng ini mencapai 50-60 kg. topeng yang berat ini dibawa oleh penarinya dengan gigi. Kemampuan untuk membawakan topeng ini selain diperoleh dengan latihan yang berat juga dipercaya diperoleh dengan latihan spiritual seperti berpuasa dan bertapa.
C Mata Pelajaran Pelajaran Muatan Lokal Reog di SMA 1 NEVADA
Seiring dengan perkembangan jaman yang semakin modern, minat generasi muda pada budaya tradisional semakin mengendur. Padahal, semakin maju perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, kita harus semakin mencintai budaya local agar kita tidak kehilangan jati diri. Oleh karena itu, untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran siswa akan kecintaan terhadap budaya tradisional, khususnya Reog Ponorogo, maka mata pelajaran Pelajaran Muatan Lokal (muatan local) di SMA Negeri 1 NEVADA dikhususkan mempelajari tentang Ponorogo. Untuk kelas X, maka pelajaran Pelajaran Muatan Lokal Reog adalah tentang geografis dan sejarah Reog Ponorogo. Di Kelas XI, siswa mempelajari teori macam-macam peralatan dan aksesoris yang digunakan dalam kesenian Reog Ponorogo dan bagaimana peralatan tersebut dibuat. Menginjak Kelas XII, mata pelajaran Pelajaran Muatan Lokal beralih ke praktek. Tugas praktek inilah yang menjadi salah satu syarat siswa kelas XII agar bisa mengikuti UAS. Pelajaran Muatan Lokal di kelas XII terbagi menjadi empat kelompok yakni:
a) Keterampilan yang ditugaskan untuk membuat aksesoris yang digunakan dalam pertunjukan Reog.
b) Musik, yang ditugaskan untuk menabuh gamelan yang digunakan dalam pementasan reog.
c) Tari, ditugaskan untuk mementaskan kesenian Reog Ponorogo.
d) KTI (Karya Tulis Ilmiah) yang ditugaskan untuk membuat karya tulis tentang Reog Ponorogo.
Setiap siswa Kelas XII diwajibkan memilih salah satu dari keempat kelompok tersebut seusai dengan kemampuan masing-masing.

DASAR DAN TUJUAN
Dasar
Proposal ini dibuat guna untuk memenuhi tugas mata pelajaran Pelajaran Muatan Lokal Reog dalam bidang ketrampilan yang dimbing oleh Bapak Nade Susilo dan akan dipresentasikan di depan kelas.
Tujuan
Bagi penyusun:
Ø Untuk memenuhi tugas mata pelajaran Pelajaran Muatan Lokal Reog.
Ø Untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses dan cara membuat eblek.
Ø Untuk mengetahui apa saja alat dan bahan yang dibutuhkan dalam pembuatan eblek.
Bagi pembaca:
Ø Memberikan wawasan bagaimana proses pembuatan eblek.
Ø Untuk melestarikan kesenian Reog Ponorogo

Kami akan melakukan perekaman video bagaimana cara pembuatan eblek pada:

PROSES PEMBUATAN
Proses pembuatan eblek adalah sebagai berikut:
1) Siapkan alat dan bahan.
2) Potong bambu ulung sepanjang 55 cm.
3) Belah bamboo lalu bersihkan hati bagian tengahnya.
4) Potong bambu tipis-tipis.
5) Haluskan bambu yang sudah dipotong tipis-tipis dengan pisau.
6) Anyam bambu yang telah dihaluskan dengan panjang sekitar 1 meter dan lebar sekitar 75 cm.
7) Potong anyaman bambu menyerupai tubuh kuda, yaitu kepala dan badannya.
8) Ikat bagian tepi dengan rotan.
9) Cat eblek dengan warna dasar putih, tunggu sampai kering.
10) Buatlah pola bentuk pada badan dan kepala eblek, kemudian cat dengan warna yang sesuai dengan ciri khas Ponorogo (umumnya merah dan biru), tunggu sampai kering.
Hiasi bagian kepala dan ekor eblek dengan benang sayet yang telah disiapkan.
